Zambia Trip: Please Pray For Us

(Leaving for Africa tomorrow morning from Fresno)

Please pray for me as I join my brother Dr. Johann Schonken in Zambia this next week (Thursday, January 18 through Sunday, January 28) to train pastors and church leaders in the northern territories (close to the Congo border).

The Zambian church leaders are very excited about any opportunity to grow in their capacity for ministry and are fervent worshippers and prayer warriors. Many of these pastors work tirelessly in very difficult circumstances in impoverished areas as they endeavor to answer the call to minister God’s Word faithfully.

We will host three major training events and expect hundreds of leaders to attend and participate. On the two Sundays of the trip, we will be ministering at local congregations. Thank you to all who pray as we do our best to serve our pastor friends in Zambia!
