So how do you cultivate a posture of awe in prayer?
Start by meditating on the attributes of God that fill you with wonder.
Ponder His power, creativity, wisdom, and love.
Marvel at the intricate beauty of His creation, from the delicate petals of a flower to the vast expanse of the galaxies.
Reflect on the miracle of His intimate knowledge of you —the fact that the God who holds the universe in His hands also holds you close to His heart.
Stand in amazement at the depths of His mercy and grace, poured out for you on the cross.
